SECURE PAYMENT
Payments on https://thetennant-sisters.com are processed through secure, encrypted connections by Shopify Payments and the payment provider selected at checkout. The Tennant Sisters does not store your complete payment-card number.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
The payment methods currently available may include:

- Shop Pay; and
- Visa.
Only payment methods displayed at checkout are available for a particular order. Availability may depend on your device, browser, or payment provider.
CURRENCY
All prices and transactions are displayed and processed in New Zealand dollars (NZD), unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
GST AND IMPORT CHARGES
Applicable GST is included or collected as required by law. Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and import-clearance charges associated with a properly processed shipment are paid by The Tennant Sisters. Contact us before paying if a carrier unexpectedly requests an import payment.
PAYMENT AUTHORISATION
By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and authorise the applicable charge. An order may be declined or cancelled if payment cannot be authorised, information appears incomplete or inaccurate, or reasonable fraud-prevention checks identify a risk. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.
PAYMENT SECURITY
Our payment providers are responsible for processing payment details in accordance with their security and compliance obligations, including applicable PCI DSS requirements. We receive only the information needed to confirm payment, manage the order, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and timing.
